What makes me unique is my years of experience working as both an ARCHITECT and a CONTRACTOR. I have become an expert in helping people plan and utilize their space to its maximum potential. And I have a passion for all things design.

I've been there, done that. I've designed additions to houses to provide needed space. I've right-sized. I've reorganized. I've moved homes. And businesses. I've staged homes to sell for their maximum value. I've lived alone, with roommates, with family and small children. And with pets - all kinds of pets!

 

So I get all the gear and things that people need at different phases of life. But that doesn't mean we have to hold on to those things forever or let those things restrict how we live.
